We will also find venues for clients who want something "different" for your type of event and negotiate the rate within your budget.
Once you agree to the venue, we will charge you a fee for administrative work of locating the venue, date and booking of the room. Please read below on how this service works.
How our Site Selection Service Works
Our Professional Meeting Planners will gladly offer our site selection and contract negotiation services to you.
Once you complete the quote form, we will search for the site that best suits your criteria. We will then send an estimate to you of the number of hours incurred while performing this service on your behalf. If it is agreed, we will begin the work, and billed you when completed. This includes, but is not limited to, telephone and fax, postage, delivery and courier services and photocopies. If it is necessary for a site inspection, you will also be responsible for all travel expenses including, but not limited to, airfare, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, parking charges and meals.
However if you agree to utilize our services, but the meeting is cancelled, we would then only charge you our hourly rate for the time invested and any expenses incurred.
Completing the quote form does NOT oblige you to utilize our service. Nor does it oblige us. Only after we receive a signed estimate from you, will you be responsible for our time, and we would begin work on the search.
We will begin the search for a site once we have discussed with your on your meeting criteria.
